CHECK OUT BY NOON PLEASE! 

(Please try to keep the place the same way you received it)

 

Dishes  |  Clean dishes may be left out to dry.  We will put them away.

Beds  |  We wash everything you use.  Please pile all used bedding in the front of the bed.

​

Towels  |  Place all used towels in laundry baskets.

​

Pet Owners  |  Please don’t leave a trace of your pet.  Place all droppings in the trash can.  We don’t charge extra for pets as of now as long as you are responsible with them.

​

Trash  |  Remove all of your trash to the can on the road-side of the building on the North (right) side.

​

Keys  |  Place any keys you received on the kitchen counter.  If you happen to owe a balance remaining, please leave that there too.

Doors  |  Please lock up all doors.  

 

* Extra charges for more than the limit of people per floor, damages, theft, or excessive cleaning.
